Persona 5 is the best selling entry in the series for first week sales

Last week, Persona 5 was released in Japan to critical and commercial success. It was not until this week that we realized how well it had done.

According to the latest sales from Media Create, Persona 5 sold 337,767 units in its first week of sales, which makes it the best selling entry in the series. Congrats to ATLUS and SEGA for a fantastic launch!

Here are the details:

PS4 – 264,793 units
PS3 – 72,974 units
