Atlus will release Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir Storybook editions in NA
Good News! Though Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir has been announced for the region still doesn’t have a specific release date in North America, but the good folks at Atlus USA have announced the “Storybook Edition” will arrive exclusively for the game’s PS4 version in NA besides Japan (though they also have this for PS3 and Vita).
The PS4 edition will have the following:
- 64-page Hardcover Art Book – Filled with the original drawings from the legendary George Kamitani and Vanillaware.
- Potion Recipe T-shirt – This large-size t-shirt is emblazoned with a helpful reminder of one of the more common uses of Alchemy in Odin Sphere Leifthrasir: turning the living Mandragora plant creatures (Habaneristos, in this case) into potions vital for survival.
- Collector’s Metal Slipcase – The PS4 game will come nestled in a special metal slipcase with the game’s key art on the front, and a not-yet-revealed image on the reverse.
- Art Print – Also included with the game will be a high-quality art print with another not-yet-revealed (but different) design.
Premium Outer Box – All the contents in the premium edition will be packaged in a large, sturdy outer box.
Atlus adds to the press release the following: “The PS4, PS3, and PS Vita versions of Odin Sphere Leifthrasir will include a softcover version of the 64-page art book at participating retailers. The non-premium editions will cost $59.99/CA$79.99, $49.99/CA$64.99, and $39.99/CA$54.99 for the PS4, PS3, and PS Vita respectively.”

Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir is a modern remake of the original PS2 action RPG by Vanillaware, with a Jan. 14 release for PS3, Vita, and PS4 in Japan. NA version was announced but still doesn’t have a specific release date.
