Tri-Ace, the company that brought you Resonance of Fate, the Star Ocean series, and Final Fantasy XIII-2, has been bought out by Nepro Japan.
Nepro Japan focuses on mobile games and the company believes that by acquiring tri-Ace, it will strengthen their mobile games business.
