Sigh. Things aren’t looking good for Yakuza 1 and 2 HD in Japan. In its opening week, it failed to make Dengeki’s top 50 sales chart, not even able to muster a mere 1,900 unit sales. We hoped that a full week on retail shelves would make a difference, and it doesn’t appear that it did as the Wii U title failed to place in Media Create’s top 30 sales chart.
The last game on the list, Dangan-Ronpa, is a PlayStation Portable game, selling 4,170 units.
Poor Yakuza. 🙁
