Bayonetta 2 released Oct. 24 in Europe and sold well enough in its week of release to make it the seventh best-selling game in the UK.
To have a Wii U exclusive sell that well is surprising enough but considering Chart Track’s week ended on Oct. 25, Bayonetta 2 only had one day in the charts before its figures were tallied. The game was unsurprisingly the best-selling Wii U title, knocking off Mario Kart 8 from the top spot.
In other SEGA chart news, Alien: Isolation dropped three spots from sixth last week to ninth this week.
